Welcome to the Cuckmere Wildlife Festival.
27-28 June 2025
Much like this website, it’s small but mighty. This festival hosted by the Cuckmere community has as its speakers some of the foremost minds of our time.
Taking place in a marquee above the iconic Coastguard cottages at Cuckmere Haven, the Cuckmere Wildlife Festival programme this year will include Tony Juniper, campaigner, writer, sustainability adviser and environmentalist who served as Executive Director of Friends of the Earth, and Isabella Tree, conservationist and author, creator of Knepp Wildland, the first large-scale rewilding project in lowland England.
The festival will span two days from Friday 27th June to Saturday 28th June and will feature talks from the climate crisis, to dinosaur evolution, the magic of birds, wildlife gardening and a whole host of others. Click here to see who’s speaking.
What’s more, Much Ado Books from Alfriston will be bringing a mouthwatering selection of books.
Ticket prices are £45 for a day pass and £80 for a Festival ticket covering both days. They are available via Eventbrite
“The sheer variety of speakers and topics is exceptional and should interest a wide audience.”
